With all releases we have extensively tested the build with a fine group of community members and our development team to ensure as smooth an experience for our users as possible, but with all live service games, once our update is in the hands of the more people, issues will come up that we may not be aware of.

Our team will be periodically updating this hub during the roll out of 1.4 and for the days after as we iron out any speed bumps down the Mulsanne that you may be running into.
Investigations
If an issue is being investigated, please take note of what our support team require to investigate this issue further and include that information in your ticket sent to the Support Team. This may include videos of the issue you are having, trace files from your game or other requests. These will be listed with each investigation.
Please title your ticket with the investigation you are contributing to.
Known Issues
Once we have enough information from you regarding an issue, we will move this to 'Known Issues.' We do not require any more information regarding Known Issues so if your issue is listed here, please do not contact the support desk with any more information regarding this. Our team are working hard on addressing these issues and communicating any particular workarounds or future plans for the issue.
