Important! Bans cannot be appealed, do not contact us about your ban
You will have received an email about this (please check your junk email) which outlines why.
This is because either:
- You were protested by another player or our LiveSteward system detected an incident and a human admin decided either your use of in-game chat was unacceptable or your actions on track
- You have had a very high incident ratio over your last 10 races - this ban is automatic and will be because you are crashing a lot more than other players. Your average of contacts with players over 10 races is in the top 0.1% of players. A single race will not cause you to get banned as this will be filtered out. You can read about this system here: https://guide.lemansultimate.com/hc/en-gb/articles/14569279666191-Badges-on-Le-Mans-Ultimate
Every time you are banned, this is recorded in our system. Repeat offenses may result in longer or permanent bans.
No refunds will be given on the game, DLC or subscription as a result of your offences, as outlined in the rules that you agree to in-game and the refund policy.
