Some ELMS content is not included in the base game and is additional DLC which can be purchased or subscribed to on RaceControl Pro+ (available whilst subscription is active).
Some circuits and cars are available in 2024 Packs as they have cross-over content with FIA World Endurance Championship.
You can race the ELMS season with cars and tracks you do own regardless whether or not you own all the opponent cars.
