When you first launch Le Mans Ultimate you will be asked to create an account.
You can choose to create a local account or a RaceControl account.
A RaceControl account is required for all online access. To register you will need to accept the competition rules and privacy policy. You can also optionally agree to receive marketing material.
When registering, you will need to submit an email address which will need to be verified within 24 hours of registering. If you fail to do this online access will become unavailable. Commonly some verification emails may end up in your junk mail so please check this.
Along with your name, you will also be able to choose a nationality to represent in the in-game leaderboards.
If you choose not to make a RaceControl account you can still play offline game modes and select a name of your choice. If you later decide to register an online account, you can do so by going to your Profile.
